Wouldn't be disappointed getting him. Maybe question marks with his attitude but he has something. Relatively young, English with experience of the prem. Could lead the line if needed. Think he has played with Kane in the under 21s as well

Get him in please

He's actually a very decent option and re. attitude - well he's young and hopefully he can turn it around.

15 million won't be enough to get him, well known attitude problems, you get rid of Adebayor, Lennon and Kaboul partly because of their attitude problems then get this guy in, what's the point?

Cantona had attitude problems, Maradona was mental, George Best was hardly the model pro. I'm not suggesting Berahino is anywhere near their league or ever could be, but I think we get a bit too hung up on players supposed attitude problems. Perhaps we've been burnt by our experience with Adebayor, but I think we need to take a chance on some of these players that have supposed attitude problems. The test of a quality manager is getting the best out of these players and integrating them into a harmonious squad.

He's already tried to get the best out of players with attitude problems but it hasn't worked, that's why he is getting rid of them, he's had enough. What happens if there are problems with Berahino? Sell him after one season as well?
We can't keep doing that shit, we must do the proper research before we buy a player.

Berahino has knuckled down a lot in the past year, fired Aidy Ward as agent as well. He's nothing like Adebayor.

Playing-wise he's also fully capable of playing wide-forward as he did with the U21s alongside Kane, where they were really good together.

£20 million in the current market would be a very good signing. 20 goal forward, 21 and counts as homegrown. The type of signing we've not made enough of in the past few years, getting the better domestic prospects.

Every sportsman in this world that is earning big money have an attitude problem its part of life when at young age.Think he will be alright at spurs under poch. How many have we had in the last 20 odd years or so with that apart from ade and maybe one or two that we dont really know of.Look at Rooney,C7,and other world class players they all have that about them, its a risk we will have to take if we want to have a young and up and coming english player that will make us better.

No one is perfect. Very, very difficult to find a good player with great skills and even better attitude. Harry Kane is the exception, and we've already got him.

He's a good player and he's young but I question if that's what we need. Right now we have a young team with potential but not enough leaders on the pitch - personal view here. We've got bags of potential, almost everyone could get a lot better but teams full of kids don't often win much. Berahino is like Kane, or Mason or Dier. Not the finished article capable of making it to the very top but also capable of falling away. Alderwierald looks a very smart signing in comparison. I'm not totally against it, the boy just could be brilliant, I'm just saying it's brave.

It's a difficult one. Attitude problems come in all different shapes and sizes (they are called people). There is often a fine line between a flawed genius, in the Cantona, Gazza, Maradona, Best mold and a pretentious, self centred, trouble maker who lacks the freakish talent to compensate for an unwillingness to apply themselves or play for the team rather than themselves.

I am not saying Berahino is the latter, but if he is then I personally would prefer to avoid him. Success is built on a team ethic. And for every Cantona there are 100 David Bentleys......

By that reasoning, we might as well keep Soldaldo.
