Enic aren't going anywhere at the moment. Even if there is a 25% investment.

But Levy/Enic need to decide what they want this club to be.

If they want us to challenge they need to start spending on the team like they have on the training facilities, stadium and managers.

Levy has had his chance, and has pushed us as far as he can. New ideas and structure is needed now.

I don't need an outspend who will everyone, just an owner who has a plan, and an idea.

Enics idea is to spend 15m a year on a serial winner and not give them what they need, then sack them, and have another plan. It's embarrassing

All those not wanting investment, how u feel now is how we will continue to feel.
I spoke with a friend at the game today and got the impression that he'd quite happily see us stay in 6-8th place for the next few years as long as we don't have Quatarie money.

With fan unrest, Kane’s contract, Conte’s playing style, things will naturally reach a head. Whether it is in a good way, who knows, but change is imminent.

And I get people having that perspective. Personally, for me, this club and especially with this new stadium have to aiming higher than that. The whole setup we now have is built to be challenging for top honours in Europe and at home, but the ownership won’t go that extra mile. Sadly this is our only option.

Imagine non-football-watching people catching concerts inside our stadium got told it is the home of a 5th-8th club. So ridiculous.

You won't stay in 6-8th though. The era of ENIC and levy style owners is done. It's like being owned by the local millionaire in the 60s. If we don't get bought out by someone serious you'll be worrying about 16th-18th.

Nah, I'm not even sure the takeover will help us. The best thing to do would be to sell all the players, sack the manager, wire up the entire stadium for detonation, disband the club entirely and let the last person out press the plunger. Then we all move on with our lives and try and forget the years we wasted caring about this shit club.
Having been round to see my parents this evening and watch my dad fume throughout Sunday dinner, I can say from experience that you have the right idea.

ENIC have done their part, they've built the infrastructure and set us up to build success. Now is the time for someone who wants success on the pitch. The canvas is set and now we need the artist.

If we could go back to when ENIC bought Spurs who would have been happy if we were told ‘we won’t win anything for 23 years but we’ll build the best stadium so we can compete… for 4th-8th and continue to not win very much?
Let’s be clear, people got on board with the stadium as they believed ‘short’ (I use that word losely) term pain for long term gain, but really that was all a fallacy. Here we are and guess what? their real motivation isn’t to suddenly turn us into winners, it’s the same as it’s always been to make more money, with football ambition still the secondary consideration .
If you tolerate these ****s you’re part of the problem, we need them out yesterday…

Arsenal over taking us is unacceptable. It’s a sackable offence imo. Get these owners gone.

Any reports about Qatar today? Did they visit the training ground yesterday and where there at the game today? Hopefully they, or someone, but us soon.

Let's hope they weren't at the game as they probably would have switched their interests to the team in red
