But the first goal should have stood and it should be 2-1.

What worries me is that a qualified ref watched that multiple times on video and decided it was a foul .

That’s nothing to do with functioning, it’s just total incompetence.

The biggest problem was indeed the lack of proper training of the refs doing the video analysis.
