TOT vs PSV ticket question

I've been to a few Wembley games this season and paid full price adult tickets, people have been telling me its possible to buy a young adult ticket and get away with it as they don't check? Is this true, anyone tried? I know I'm a cheapass but I'm broke but want to go and if I can save some money that would be awesome! I'm 25 but look younger

It's cheaper to steal in shops than to buy stuff, do you do that to save on money?

With Wembley they should halve all prices - there would be more people in the stadium, more money spent in shops and at the bar etc.

Chance of being stopped unless you look WAY outside the age bracket are tiny.
