I did see someone reliable on twitter say this, think it was POK, he wanted guarenteed minutes

If he doesn’t get guaranteed minutes at Fulham he gets a chance to move again in January, or on a free next summer. If he comes here and doesn’t get guaranteed minutes he’s probably stuck here at least 18 months. I think he’s probably made the smart decision personally.
