Ticket share

trying to send my West Ham ticket to someone else, have added them to my network however when I click on ‘Manage tickets’ it tells me I have no tickets than can be managed at this time. Does this mean the ticket share hasn’t opened yet? I’m a one hotspur plus member. I’ve tried the ticket office but they aren’t picking up

I think and can be corrected, it usually only works two days before the game - im sure ther is a much more sophisticated response like it only comes as an option after the membership window etc

Think you can only share season ticket not cup games

It doesn't open until 48 hours before the game.

Normal ticket exchange works as long as the ticket shows in your account to be managed. I've got W.Ham, Palace, Arse showing in my account and the option to forward is there for them all, but as teenageYIDDO has mentioned, if the police have requested it to be disabled, that's maybe why there's an issue.

Strange that the police would do this, especially for a midweek, evening game - when W.Ham's allowance is bigger than a league game.

It's now available to be forwarded, so clearly the guy in ticket office gave me the wrong info haha

Not the original point of this thread, but I'm looking into making the trek for the Leicester game on April 30th. Where do I go to look at tickets?
