I've just been refreshing the page regularly in several browsers until I entered the queue. It worked well for the opening game.

Got in early in all but one browser. Tried to stay in by constantly refreshing, but they gave in one by one.

Does anyone know if they're checking ID, and whether it matches the ticket, at the new stadium?

Thinking of spending silly money on stubhub or one of the other "unauthorised" resellers. Trying to assess what the risk of being denied entry is.

opened up edge browser at 9:05, chrome at 9:15, explorer dead on 10:00. got in straight away on explorer and got two tickets in the south stand, plenty still available in the north.

Congrats, but this illustrates what a joke this system is. I've been on since 9 and am currently stuck at 80%.

I'm dead stuck on 95 %, and it's been like that for close to an hour. It's so random we'd be better off with a ballot. Then at least I wouldn't have to waste several work hours every time I want a ticket.

Agreed it's a crazy system. I logged on about 9 and got into the account pretty much straight away so too early. Opened a couple more about 9.30 in chrome and on phone which were slowly loading. Then the club sent an email at 9.56 which I clicked the link and opened in IE, that one got me into my account in about 10 mins while the chrome ones are still ROD!

Got bumped back to the start on one device (my phone - someone called me on Whatsapp and it refreshed the browser) but the other device (my computer) is still going. Been in the queue since 8:55. Fingers crossed I can get in but it does seem totally random.
