I meant the link being real
ah, i was just thinking about that guy we "signed" who didnt existI meant the link being real
Amazing talent but I really doubt Dortmund will let him go. Has scored basically in every game recently. Two goals and two assists tonight. If we're going for a backup to Kane this summer i'd go all out for Alexander Isak. Just 19 years old but just as Kane, it's his vision and football understanding that stands out. Every time he has the ball he always takes the right decision and you feel like anything can happen. A plus is that he's banging in goals for fun.
As always thanks for the info! Do you know if we've even attempted to buy him?
Centre midSo what position will we have Ryan Sessegnon playing next year?

Taking Davies or Roses spot?LWB, hopefully.

Davies and Sessegnon at LB doesn't leave me with a warm happy feeling.Given Rose will have 2 years left on his contract, and the reported issues he and Poch have had, it isn't a stretch to think he might be out the door this summer.
I think we should add Germany to that list. Lots of talent at reasonable moolah there.I know people want us to splash some cash on some stars, I still can’t see us shopping at any higher level than Ajax though.
There’s nothing with Ajax of course, there’s a number of their players I would take. I just think those hoping we will be shopping at the likes of Madrid will be dissapointed.
I think if we do go shopping, it will be in the Championship, Holland and perhaps France.
Talk about the horse that bolted. That truely sucks!Seems we did have solid interest in De Jong according to his quotes:

Can understand where Poch is coming from but I don't like it.https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...ettino-spurs-must-spend-like-big-club-summer/
This is about as close as Poch has come to an ultimatum - big, big summer ahead.
I'm really happy he's come out and said this. Clear as day and his comments can't be interpreted any other way like the 'brave' comments from last year. Now's the time, if we don't start spending big and getting in our top choices we never will under Levy and co........and we will have wasted our chance with the best coach we've had in years.https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...ettino-spurs-must-spend-like-big-club-summer/

It can only be unsettling for the squad at such an important stage of the season.
He should be saying this directly to Daniel and the board, not the worlds press.
Or the players who've not been playing well may take it as a boot up the arse with the threat that they won't get to experience the next phase and new stadium from next season onwards. Can understand where Poch is coming from but I don't like it.

True. It scares me a bit though, God knows how Levy will react, especially given the timing.I feel like maybe he's been saying it in private but not getting anywhere - often when a manager feels they're losing a battle, they'll go to the press and get the fans on side etc.
Not the first time he's said we need to change the way the club works, but definitely the firmest.
