Not going to claim it as ITK because 1, it's against site rules. And 2, people just slag it off anyway & I'm in no mood/place to be involved in arguments or pettiness. I trust this fella & he's been proven to be spot on in the past (especially about stadium info).... Either way, it's just a mate passing on what he's heard & hopefully there's nothing wrong with discussing it.

Eriksen and possibly Toby signing a new deal.
Toby wants to stay, it's down to Poch.

My pal is in business with Lallana doing a hair care range, talks have gone on between Spurs and Lallana.

Maddison is a no go, Grealish if Villa fail to come up, Sessegnon and Andre Gomes too.

Leaves a 3rd choice keeper and back up striker.

Wanyama (if remains fit) will stay, as will Sissoko and Dier.

Up to 6 in this summer.

I asked him where he got the info from because of that Bannerman bullshit merchant on Twitter said something extremely similar recently & I don't trust/believe him. The response was...

It's from my pal who I play football with regarding Lallana.
He flies out with lallana everywhere Liverpool goes.
Lallana wants to come back down south.
All his business interests are down here too.

Regarding the others I called Eriksen the other night before anyone else, including Bannerman tweeted.

I quizzed him about the targets and he said.......

The targets, I got from a finance contact at the club.
The same one that told me about the NFL and Nike in 2014 (which you've already seen screenshots of)
.

I can say that all of the info from 2014 was absolutely on the money (despite almost everyone saying at the time there would be no NFL or link with Nike).

Thanks for the info. It might be worth running your info past A&C though. He'll tell you if it's ok to post it and can post up info through the Goat for you if you don't want people to know where it's coming from.

This season with the form of Sissoko and now Moura, I think has maybe changed the way we should go in the transfer window
I would love to see this squad, with the exception of one or two, kept together after what we have achieved in the CL and see what a whole season in a settled new stadium would bring
I would want an upgrade on both our fullback positions with two having to go.
I think thats where we are at our weakest.
If we keep everyone else I would address the above mentioned and also bring in a player to fight for Eriksens position and we would be ok i believe

Three players all of top quality LB, RB and creative midfielder is all we need and we could easily afford as we would recoup from selling say Tripps and Rose for example

My choice would be Chilwell, Maddison and palaces RB that I can't be asked to spell

This ofc, is if we keep everyone else.

We are not far away, this season in CL with all our problems has proved that

That’s down to good scouting though. Our ability to do that seems to have dropped rapidly since we bought Dele and that was Pleat, who wasn’t even an employee at the time!

Not really good scouting when it comes to the players Liverpool signed, all the players they signed where on view most weeks in their leagues. It’s not as if they have signed anyone that no one had ever heard of before.

Well, I should have been more clear, I mean replace him with Wan-Bissaka.
Thing is, if ManUtd go for Trippier that leaves Spurs as the only top club left competing for him - unless Arsenal feel a new RB is a strong need.

Wouldn't surprise me if the Goons went after AWB. I personally think he'll be too expensive for us given that we need to spread our budget over a few areas that need strengthening. I'd be utterly shell-shocked if we got 40m for Trippier, but if we did, my choice would be Meunier to replace him (and Aurier most probably). Having said that, if we sold Trippier and Aurier, AWB would probably be affordable. Oh Christ! I need to stop now as I'm about to disappear up my own arse.

It's NOT ITK, though. It's just some info that I've shared & openly stated that it's not to be considered as ITK (but I have messaged A&C because as much as many would like it, I don't want to be banned)

Diawara is similar to Wanyama
Ndombele is similar to Dembele
Right? So, replicating our best recent centre mid options.. I can see the appeal.. Would also like to see a passer brought in to compliment and switch that up tho.

It is good scouting if it leaves the club absolutely certain the player is what they need that they'll pay whatever it takes to get them.

If it was that easy to replicate Spurs players then Spurs would have had replicates for King, Bale and Modric by now ;)

Ndombele is off to Juventus if recent rumours are true,

Lallana......? So basically we are looking to get rid of Lamela so need someone to take his permanent spot in the physio room!

That ban’s coming anyway- you always manage one during the window

when they signed VVD that wasn't scouting, that was desperation, when they signed Allison, yet again desperation hence the figures they paid

I always forget how old Lallana is, nobody really knew who he was until he was about 25, playing under Poch

I think finding the exact player you want to improve, and being so confident in your choice that you'll pay whatever it takes to get that player, is the exact opposite of desperation.

it wasn't a case of want with VVD and Alison, it was desperation because both positions could be the difference of just making the top 4. the teams selling knew it hence why they paid those figures.

Unfortunately, no matter how good I intend my intentions to be, or how much I do my utmost to avoid it. You're absolutely spot on.

There won't be any more after my next one. It's the end of the line & that's been made perfectly clear.

This is fuck all to do with the thread though so I'll wind my neck in & see you on the dark side.

How much money do you think Arsenal have to spend?

And there were no other centre backs or keepers in the world
