Just seen the highlights of the NZ game, no other word but impressive - no matter who the opposition was. Looked like they were really focusing on moving the ball through the hands as quick as possible, maybe with the Lions rush defence in mind.

It is understood Welshmen Kristian Dacey, Tomas Francis, Cory Hill and Gareth Davies are among those set to be called up to the Lions squad.

I know. No Shane Williams. Crazy.

You should be pleased, your English boys aren't getting pulled away from their tour to play 5 mins against the Hurricanes.

We'll probably get done against Somoa now. Think there's a couple of Scots coming as well.

Shame about Moriarty. He was one of the best players in the first game.

I am impressed with the English Rugby team. They beat the NZ Womens team 29 to 21.
Coming from a Welshman that is high praise.

The call ups are hilarious. Fair enough it's about geography to a degree, but imagine if there's half a dozen injuries in the next week. You'll be looking at players who can't even get in national sides playing for the Lions.

To be honest, it's a bit of a disgrace for the whole Lions idea and devalues the jersey quite a bit.

Gats said they're leaving after the hurricanes game

What happens if there's a freak amount not of injuries though? Gatland talking about it was always the plan...that makes it even worse. If that's the case then there was plenty of time to arrange logistics to get players who deserve to be there involved. Hopefully it doesn't disrupt those already on the tour. Seeing shit like Hill and Francis turn up when there's players who are twice as good watching on tv might be a problem.

North really hasn't produced so far. What was that all about?

This is the North I was worried would turn up.

Davies playing well as well as Sexton.

Faletau needs to do much more.

Even before this game he's been a bit anonymous. Worst performance so far for him. Hope he turns it around 2nd half. He had a pretty average start to the 6N but finished it a lot better but like @talkshowhost86says it feels like there's 2 George North's at the moment.
