Is irrelevant whether he wants to stay or not. Levy ain't gonna let him leave any time soon, that's why he got him to sign 5 year contract. And Poch ain't going to go on strike, would not do much for his rep.

Coaches do not seem to need to go on strike.... they just quit and walk out.

Poch is a great manager no doubt. But notwithstanding how good he may be, he will struggle at Madrid.
With all the ego's and personalities there, they will not want to adapt to his very strict and rigid training regime.
It will be too much for them and hence, unsustainable for his liking.

I know that Poch is highly likely to move on and that may be at the end of the season unless he feels that he is going to be backed in the transfer market but Real Madrid really is a crazy job to take. Football has become crazy now and what we used to laugh at with overseas clubs sacking managers after 3 or 4 games has become almost the norm here too but the Man U job really would be his better option (taking Spurs blinkers off for a moment).
