And yet according to itk conte disagrees with almost all of what you said....the truth is for me if conte thinks he can turn this guy into a rwb then give him the tools to do his job.....let's back the manager with the players HE wants

Welllllllll,... I guess it's just lucky for Conte that I have no say in the matter in that case, coz if I did then it'd be a No from me.

(PS, I'm really only writing for fun, and I have no influence, only opinions. I get that you disagree and I respect that view too. Maybe your approach is better,... But, if I WAS in charge, it'd still be a No from me).

I think the truth is we need two good options for each wingback role. In this system it’s the most physically demanding position, we have Reguilon and Sess on the left, but on the right side we need a better option than Doherty for when Emerson needs a rest. I think Emerson will come good, and is showing a lot of promise, but I don’t think he can do it on his own.
There's a stat floating around that some 60 odd percent of Conte's subs at Inter were his wingbacks.

The Traore stuff is true. At the right price we'd definitely take him. FP really likes him and AC believes he has all the right attributes in his game to play RWB.
If this is true, then despite my reservations about the player as an individual I would be hugely excited.

Just as long as he's part of a squad rebuild that Conte expects and gets.

We can't be spending 30 odd million on players that will be defunct the moment Conte leaves because of a lack of support.

We've been a mess for a while and now we are on the right track headed for glory. We must stay on it and that's down to Levy.

Gotta remember that Conte was using Perisic as a WB last year. He wants players with attacking instincts up that end of the field.
I think we all thought that Bergwijn might have been that guy. He always works hard off the ball, and I’d trust him to be more productive from the RWB position than Traore. But for whatever reason, there has been no suggestion that Conte wants to play him there.

Lets face it. Traore would be a beast at RWB under Conte. Im in.
Let's face it. Spurs fans are Spurs fans.

Conte could make use of Traore's capabilities and having sonny kane and whoever on the end of his crosses who would have even more space would certainly improve his stats to satisfy the data fans. And it also might just move us up the taba few notches too.

If he wants him, get him.

Slightly concerning that only just over 4 weeks from the closing of the transfer window we have nothing more than possible links, I’d have expected a few more solid links, but maybe being overly optimistic as I still believe. ???

i live to read these self-centred posts.

Truth in talk of us exchanging (trying) one or two of our players. Very obvious, for the Swedish lad, surname ‘K’, as Hercules style, cannot get his name right. FP very close with his family. We were keen as soon as he took over. Let’s see.

Clever move Herc, with your past spelling history it was never going to end well even attempting to spell it ?

Just watched a YouTube of him, I’m well and truly on the Kulusevski train now. Fingers crossed Juve want a swapsie.

Not a fan of this one. Agree with @Ghost Hardware assessment on Kulusevki tbh.

Hope ok to put this here wasn’t sure where else to currently. Very good list of players with 6 & 18 months left. Incredible how many top quality. Feels like a definite shift to players running down contracts. Interesting how that influences transfer fees going forward with so much value around.

I guess some of them will have year options with the clubs but still some interesting players on there.
