Glad you pointed that out, I thought he was referring to some new football pundit on the bbcMaths.

Because Kane's one of the best #9s in Europe
We don't have competition for Lloris or Alder either (Vorm and Wimmer), because they are too damn good too
If we go out today, would seem a pointless exercise.......most probably a case of Peace making sure if he is going to buckle he would fuck us over by making him cup tied

I wouldn't be so sure. Good argument for it being math rather than maths.

I would disagree with you there. The reasons why are that the positions in which they play reflect a different sort of competition. Keepers are less likely to get injured. Kane is also flexible enough to play in a number of positions alongside, behind or in front of another forward. You can also play to strikers at the same time. You cant play two keepers.
In defense we also have quality back up with experience and a player with huge potential in Wimmer. Wimmer has the potential to challenge Verbs from what I've seen. Kane has bugger all competition.
Players need it. God knows Lennon did.

Please, please, please - anyone but Crouch!
Crouch- the only player in the history of global football whose movement is determined by wind direction. Please, please, please - anyone but Crouch!
Only joking! No link just a mention from Lawrenson on MOTD that relegation-threatened teams would be in for him - so obviously not us! We need someone young and promising - I hear that Neymar chap's doing awfully well...What the..?!!
Where did Crouch come from?
Please tell me there's not a link.

Who is Messi's understudy?
Ramirez and Munir El Haddadi.
Even Barcelona don't have £20-30m CFs on their bench. They have lower profile players with potential, like we should be looking at

Your reasoning as to how/why this is on topic please, in no more than 100 words.Math vs. maths
Math and maths are equally acceptable abbreviations of mathematics. The only difference is that math is preferred in the U.S. and Canada, and maths is preferred in the U.K., Australia, and most other English-speaking areas of the world.
Neither abbreviation is correct or incorrect. You may hear arguments for one being superior to the other, and there are logical cases for both sides. One could argue maths is better becausemathematics ends in s, and one could arguemath is better because mathematics is just amass noun that happens to end in s. In any case, English usage is rarely guided by logic, and these usage idiosyncrasies are often arbitrary. If you were raised in a part of the world where people say maths, then maths is correct for you, and the same is of course true of math. Don’t listen to anyone who says otherwise.
