Just looked at the Brescia team and my god they are horse shit. No wonder they’re 20th in Serie A.

If Balotelli can bag a goal every couple of games there, where he’s getting little quality service coupled with racial abuse from opposition fans on a regular basis, I imagine he could do pretty well with service from Aurier, Sess, Son, Dele, Steve and GLC.

Too much baggage. His shenanigans could damage an already fragile dressing room.

Whereas when I asked about Piatek, he said:

“I mean football is not an exact science but Newcastle / Villa is probably more his level”

So that’s settled. I’m balls deep for Mario now.

Look what this window has done to us. Started with hopes of Gareth Bale and ended it with debates over Nadno, Giroud, or bloody Mario Balotelli. All jokes aside, I’m fairly content with the window as a whole. Bergwijn allows us to put Sonny or Lucas at striker where they both are capable and frankly, Son has looked very poor on the left wing as of late. I just really think we’ll regret losing out on Berge. Going to be a top quality defensive mid in no time.

one thing valuable about all three is that their weaning period would be relatively short. all three understand the game and given basic roles and instructions could execute out of the gate.
