Sadly you are right. Even piss like Fosters costs over 4 quid a pint in London. And these days, even in the suburbs it's just as expensive.....Don't even get me started on the price of a glass of wine in a pub......

Nah you are on the mark, had a pint of Guinness on the South bank and it ran £5.20....out in Godalming same pint ran something like £5.60 (damn Surrey retirees and their millions driving up the price).
