i know personally that you have an offer for a midfielder but no decision yet and it could be a late one

I haven't heard talks of Willian in a bit. I am thinking the Moutinho signing has that dead in the water. I think Willian was going to be a half-way signing, targeted to fulfill the needs of a winger/mid if other deals fell.
