That's a huge overhaul. I agree those players you've listed should be moved on but i wish we could shift at least 2-3 this window. Unfortunately it doesn't look that way...

It's just another big mess! Sell 7 in the summer, buy 5-7 and wait for them to settle (AGAIN). What other top club does this?

Agreed but in the summer we wouldn't pay any transfer money for him which probably reflects slightly on his wage demands. If he still had 3 years on his contract and we had to pay West Spam £10-15m. First of all Levy wouldn't even consider this transfer and secondly IMO he would be offered £35-40k maximum,

60kpw for a Reid? FFS... Just look at those rotting on the bench with this salary bracket.

Kaboul, Chiriches, Capoue, Lennon, Adebayor, Dembele, Townsend, Paulinho, Soldado.

Whether we like these players or not, they are the core of our squad! Not sure how you can say they've not been involved with the squad on match days. I know Lennon has been bombed out hoping to force him out and Ade has gone AWOL with Juju. But the rest have been used throughout the whole season.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see Kaboul, Vlad, and Ade shown the door ASAP. But right now Poch is still using these players regularly. Therefore come the summer if we sell 5-9 players from your list and bring in 4-5 players it will be another huge overhaul.

Well you're mentioning players I said could be sold at the right price. Those players would really need to depend on whether we decide they are ok to sell. I certainly wouldn't sell all of them but they have a price.

As for the players we need to offload...Kaboul has only been involved in a couple of cup games and was terrible in them. Adebayor was out of the squad for the first half of this and last season. Chricihes was only covering while Walker was out and we now have Yedlin as cover. Lennon is also completely frozen out.

He was already there, they just made his loan permanent iirc

It is worth noting yanga mbiwa (player mentioned) was on a season long loan with view to buy in any case when Roma were credited with interest in Chiriches. So may not make any difference to their pursuit?

Winston Reid would be a great signing. He knows the premier league, he's quick, good on the ball and reads the game well. Would be a major upgrade on Vlad and Kaboul.

Imagine a center back crop of Vertonghen, Fazio, Reid and Dier. Erm.....yes please!

We'd likely be able to actively rotate the four of them and always be confident with whatever pairing were playing.

These two players who are out of contract, Ings and Reid.....their clubs have said that they're willing to let them go on a free, or with a little bit of compo, come the summer, .

This year there is something like a £3 million difference in prize money dependent on where you finish.

So if Burnley survive, say at the moment they are 18th, but finish 15th with the help of Ings goals, that's 9 million more they'll receive. For wet spam, the same applies, they'll stand a better chance of finishing higher up with Reid in the team so they can justify the gamble of holding onto them and letting them go for nothing, for the sake of 3-4 league places.

BTW, if i see those 5 names on here once more, i'll scream.

We all know, FFS, that's it those we must sell. Why does everybody have to mention them every other post.
