I am not one to doubt ITK's, but as I follow Football365 forum I have to say that POTL info was late and probably not his own?

Villarreal have confirmed that they are in advanced negotiations with Tottenham over the signing of Giovani Dos Santos

That was posted at 10.27am today - not entirely sure when POTL posted his info though?

The nature of POTL's info - often quite good, frequently based on opinion as much as info and usually positive - particularly his morale-boosting posts after transfer windows had shut, used to make me think he was a club employee. The most likely scenario I could think of was that he was someone close to Donna Cullen - ie worked in the press office or publications department. His stuff always seemed to be leaked out to smooth dissent and create an atmosphere of perpetual optimism and intangible, vague excitement However, the last couple of windows and all the yellow and blue crap have lead me to increasingly doubt this possibility.

The crytic stuff suddenly started the same time as Wijeratna began in the department.

Both Wijeratna and POTL (2011 version) also have known links to QPR.
