As for Jasper ITK, sounds great, pretty scared that JJs info is more up to date (hence his annoyance on such a glorious day for Spurs) and involves most of that falling through, well especially the first parts (DM/ST).

I reckon we could be on a bit of a quiet spell while we work on these deals, although was good to see Jasper speak up this morning, 3-4 more signings (probably even more outgoings) should lead to another cracking window on SC.

I'm pretty broke (typical Israeli student life) and a long time lurker. There's no place like SC. £10 donated and more to come when I'm a little richer (hopefully ;))!

Well butter my arse & call me Flora, yesterday was a bit of a "one to tell the Grandkids" in years to come ITK day & totally restored my faith in the ITK'ers. Now sign Dave & lets move on

Not sure why everyone is panicking about JJ? I think he was just referring to the Toby signing and how he was adamant it wasn't happening and then everything changed.

DM sorted. Just a matter of time as with striker. Those are kind of close. 2nd striker may be near end of window. 2nd meaning new signing or loan to buy. McCarthy is too much money with high risk fitness wise. If we went for him would imho mean that others failed. Two oversea deals being worked on, even back up ones. All huge exciting potential. The overseas is the ones I refer to at the beginning.

I'm reading this as DM sorted, just needs details to be wrapped up.

CF will also be done in due course, though maybe not as 'sorted' as DM yet.

A 2nd striker signing will/may be nearer the end of the window, either an outright signing or loan with option to buy. Suggests to me it's someone that may be young/untested, as loan with option to buy if successful.

All players with potential, so I'm guessing no seasoned performers in their late 20's... (Not Suarez then??)

Overseas being the ones referred to at the beginning, so DM and CF, players from abroad.

You'd think there'd be a lot more noise about the DM (media and ITK) if it was nearly done wouldn't you?

Yep and how quickly things gather pace on social media to.

I'd guess we're still working on the DM.

Base on this statement: huge exciting potential.

Suarez is not an exciting potential...... I reckon it should be young emerging players. Perhaps Suarez is one of the backup

You don't want an experienced player to help all the young CMs we now have ?

Ok time now for all you closet BSoDL to come out of the closet (or just plain hiding) and wear your rainbow blue and white Daniel Levy Pride bandanas loud and proud :geek:

As an incentive @Archibald&Crooks has told me that no retribution of a violent nature will be made if a small donation to the SC cause is made :D

(the above applies only until the next transfer cockup)

Brought up my 500 post so a tenner in for you all putting up with me this long :D

Got to say I'm much more pleased with the new contract for Bentaleb and stadium news than our signings so far. Hope Jasper's right and we've got a couple of crackers lined up.

I'll be dissapointed if we don't bring in any experienced players. Still think Palace have pulled off a massive coup in signing Cabaye.

Also, I think it would be a mistake only buying forward players with raw potential. Fine for a third striker, but I want our alternative/competition to Kane to be someone ready now, not in a year/2 years time.

Got an feeling it could be llorente - he would see more game time than he would at Juve.

Has any of our superstar ITK's mentioned / pooh poo'ed him at all?

Very undecided about how I'd feel about Llorente now. Can't see him being happy to understudy Kane, but who knows, perhaps he'd be happy to give the PL a shot in his dotage.

Recently retired, so it is £20 out of the pension donated. Glad to have the ITK to stop me having to watch the budget - always the cricket or grunty tennis I suppose.

Just got to last long enough to see the new stadium now, never thought it would happen in my lifet........

Just lobbed in another £25 as I'm so delighted with the new stadium proposals and NFL deal and I want the SC to still be around when we reap the success that this will bring us.
