That's not the case. The verification process was explained to me, including that I needed to fully ID my source, and I can't do that. If it relates to a particular player you could post it in the player thread. I think I'm right in saying it doesn't need to be verified for that. People post all sorts of "ITK" in the player threads.

As much as we all enjoy knowing what might or might not be happening with transfers, there's no point in risking someone's job over things we'll probably know about in two weeks anyway.

well they have been going through this process for many years and never seen an ITK disappear after coming on for shouting and raging that the source had been sacked. the mods just need to know that the info is from a good source, otherwise we could all come on here posting news that isn't worthy.

Fair enough mate totally get you protecting your source and also get the mods protecting the forum from Potential WUMs ( not saying you are one). Hopefully your info will come to pass if it's good and if more bad news it won't

Like I said, I completely get that. But my job revolves around protecting sources so I know that, when in any doubt (no matter how misplaced) it's better to be cautious. I expected there to be some verification process but thought it would be more about establishing I can be trusted, with some info but not specifics about the source. I don't have any problem with the way things are done here
