Anyone think the DEE might be DeLigt from Ajax in a cash plus swap for Toby or am i wishful thinking

Call me naive but I don't really feel like we should go for a backup striker in the likes of Diaz. He will want to play quite a considerable amount of time and someone like Parrott which has apparently been told by Poch that he will be a part of the first team this season will more or less be completely shut out from game time. Having people like Ndombele come in, and hopefully Lo Celso (and hopefully Ceballos!) the likes of Dele wouldn't have to drop down to midfield as often as he did this season and instead be used as a false 9 or any other solution closer to goal, where he is best, and then with the obvious option of Son up top I feel like it is enough to get by when Kane isn't playing.

I've been feeling this way too but if that's what Poch wants then so be it. I much prefer Maxi Gomez to Mariano if we go down that route though, hence trying to fit him into the cryptic earlier!

One thing is for sure, Madrid just acquired a lot of attacking talent, possibly will add more, I have no idea whether they can afford but certainly they will need to cut the numbers down. Fingers crossed we benefit, that's the beauty of a coach like Poch, maybe they haven't been able to fulfil their potential at Madrid but under Poch they will not have a better opportunity to do so.

I think it's the explanation that someone else offered.

"Dee has said" means you have to say "Dee has" out loud. Dee has = Diaz.
