We are starved for ITK, thus discussing Thudd, Baldini, POTL and everything else under the stars. And while doing that get a swing at somebody.

Now we need some juicy ITK, bring it on.;)

They've said it's 18 of the Serie A teams - as it's that many i'd have thought they wouldn't do anything too drastic. A couple of clubs they might, to make an example of them, but that many would just be a detriment to the whole league.

But it needs to be done though, any damage to the league falls squarely on the clubs that have taken the piss.

Punishment is punishment and they need to be punished.

If people dont like the stuff from POTL then just ignore it, someone else might want to see it

Its been posted and is probably more relevant that 90% of what gets posted in these threads on a daily basis

Cant really disagree with that I normally just read ITK I am never very much interested in even discussing it, but since his dig at JJ I think some of us are paying more attention to his info which like today's is so vague we can't even work out what he is talking about he is just muttering away his l'ook at me I get super insider info'.

I think Potl was just posting opinion in a thread; it's us that applies the conceived importance or itkness of what he's said.

Hello, first post since the last transfer window, what are the ramifications following anchelotti to Madrid, will he be calling the transfer shots or is this the role of the senior men? Interested to see if he'll raid chelski for some players. So if we get paulinho (who I've not seen a massive amount of) and villa where else do we need to upgrade? I'm not convinced with vertongen at LB, anyway I think this window to be massive for spurs following two seasons just missing CL and the bale factor, hoping for some serious spending, little disappointed we're not in for higuin, when is this sporting partnership with Madrid gonna bear fruit???

Fuck sake. This exactly.

We've been told that the fee has been agreed, we've been told that Paulinho will wait until after the tournament before making a decision, there are even quotes for him.

What is he impressed at exactly?

Just because the player says he won't commit until after the tournament it doesn't mean there is not a lot of work being done selling the club to him/his agent and getting together a package that he would be happy to sign the moment the tournament is over.

As someone else said there may also be 3rd party ownership issues to smooth over. Just because the club accept £17m doesn't mean some guy owning 10% isn't going to want more than £1.7m.

Just saying things are not black and white and if there is anything ITK has taught us it is that there are numerous interests and bits and bobs behind the scenes and the goal posts often move.

This is shorthand IMO and could be read in two ways

Could it not be.....

(Paulinho has) so impressed Franco. (He) really has been excellent.

POTL

I dont like these little digs at each other and players through ITK at all, and I hope that anyone passing on ITK on this site will respect other ITK and their information even if they disagree with it.

If people want to discuss the info posted then by all means

Dont think there is any hidden message or anything other than POTL being impressed with Baldini and isnt doing a bad job or doent know what he is doing.

Some of you lot need to take the marigolds off and stop reading into things so much.

If it's obvious take it at face value, if it isn't obvious then put it to one side and wait for it to become obvious.. rather than jumping to conclusions and gossiping about stuff you havent a clue about. To much daybreak if you ask me.

POTL

Which makes less sense as they haven't met and Paulinho has impressed every person with a tv

Thats why there was a release clause. The other club (according to Fifa rules) cannot dictate the price or which club he goes to. In the case of Falcao and Mendes though I doubt this was followed.

I think either way you read it, it's a positive thing. One way or another Baldini was impressive/excellent. I'm not sure why it's being so heavily discussed (I know, only piece of ITK). But, given it's positive about Baldini and it's in the Paulinho thread, I think it's fair to say that he's been impressive/excellent in the handling of the Paulinho transfer.

You 'support my right to be wrong', yet you stand by the pretence that Thomas Huddlestone, is the best passer in the Premier League.
Indeed quite possibly that's what I said, you don't agree therefore you are wrong, I see no difficulty there:)

We must be watching completely different players.

I think his ability to keep possession is relatively poor considering how often he gets caught in possession and the number of Hollywood passes he attempts that don't come off.

And as for his 'spreading quality passes around'...this is just a myth based on one brilliant long pass he played to Lennon about 5 years ago. Okay that's an exaggeration possibly, but his 'spreading the play' is just not something he does. He plays long floaty balls that get us nowhere and hardly ever imposes himself on a game. If he could perform on a regular basis like he did for 15 minutes against Man City last year then he'd be brilliant. But I think that was his best 15 minutes for us for about the last 3 years.

Sorry...I just don't rate him at all and he doesn't fit the football we are trying to play.

There is not a single non-spurs fan I met that rate huddlestone. Everyone else can see how limited and average he is. Everyone else except spurs fans.

or fans of other teams don't see the intricacies of his game. cos they don't watch him as much as spurs fans. or they're just knobs who can't handle the fact that the best passer to have ever lived/played the game can't even get in our starting lineup.

(he's good, but not that good)

Yet they all agree he can pass a ball with the best.
On the ITK seems pretty clear that Franco has pulled off the deal within a week and that's whats impressed, time to move him onto the next target I'd say.:)

I don't, I have seen him make far to many sloppy passes.

He had the potential, but never really got there for one reason or an another. Time for him to move on and find new pastures green, which would be the best thing for him and for us.
