You’d never know from the sheer amount of posts in this thread. When I logged on and saw there’d been nearly ten pages added since my last visit, I thought there’d be something interesting to read.

But no, it’s just the same bunch of whiners whining about the same things they always whine about.

Seriously wish most of the posters in here would just fuck off to the Enic thread and do their doom saying in there and leave this thread for actual transfer news.

Hold on... Loan with non mandatory option to buy for 30m euros? How does that work? Have they paid 30m euros loan fee or paid nothing with an option to buy for 30m euros? Seems a bit of an odd transfer as if they're not receiving any money now they can't even use the cash to replace him this window. Also if Barca don't have the cash in the summer or decide they don't want him they've basically got him on loan for free for 6 months and his price will massively reduce for wolves in the summer with 1 year left?

Tbf quite a lot lol f comments has been about itk and Traore a lot of it valid imo forget enic the messages from the club has been DNA and things are going to change we bring in a world class manager and dof and what we see or are hearing things don't seem very much different. Isn't that a valid discussion during a transfer window?

Well I'm still pretty calm.

When Harry Redknapp came in mid-season we backed him big time in the January window, including buying Defoe, Keane and Palacios, (who was quite something at the time).

We are clearly going to back Conte, and if this window doesn't transpire as we would all like, it will be because we couldn't get the quality of player he wants. With the amount of pressure on the club to buy, thanks to the whole Conte will walk narrative the media is gloatingly spewing, if we don't buy then it would actually suggest Conte is on board with this situation and we really are going to be careful with the recruitment.

There is some money and we could buy for the sake of it just to change the narrative.

Just getting rid of the likes of Ndombele or Dele will already be a great sign in my opinion. It means we are finally ready to jettison assets, at a loss, because the manager says they have to go. That would be a new direction in itself.

If we don't do massive business in the summer, however, I will be amazed. And I'll be arranging the ENIC out demonstrations myself.

I go to the last page of every thread nd you pretty much know by the last few posts on that thread if anything significant has happened or changed, 99/100 times I check nothing has happened

Thank you, it's absolutely draining seeing people on Twitter etc live of their every word. Aggregators manipulate what they post to ensure maximum interactions. Spurs Express does a great job of reeling people in & then holds ridiculous auctions for signed shirts, to make a fortune from idiots.
