Crackers has tweeted that JD is not injured....

"@crackersTHFC: Defoe is not injured. Not from the horses mouth but from someone well involved at the 'stable'"

The plot thickens.....maybe Defoe is injured, but this would clearly drive up the prices of striker targets?

Blackburn tried something similar with Phil Jones who had a clause of about 15m in his & when clubs met it they tried to reject the bids seeking more cash, didn't work then so can't see it working here.

Can't see Levy being overly impressed though at paying a fee for a player who was on a free 5 months ago
Says alot about our "scouting system"

What would you do to get another club to drop their trousers on a target? Show interest in another player ... #THFC #levytime

Which only works if the selling club need to sell or if player wants to force move... Not sure who this is regarding, but it could well be us showing interest in Hooper to get club A, B or C to come back o the table with a more reasonable compromise.

Do we believe Negredo from Seville? Can't imagine it's Llorente as the asking price is not the issue.

I can foresee that today we will have 50 pages of discussion for nothing really happening

I can predict this will be the case for the next week.

On the final day, all sorts of rumours will fly about. we will end up making one signing that everyone bitches and moans about until the summer when we get to do it all again.

When Daniel Levy is involved the asking price is always the issue :)

Says nothing of the sort.

Sandro is injured for the rest of the season. Diame has been performing well and is cheap cover. Anyone else, say M'Vila, is a proper investment. If Spurs go for Diame it is a short term solution and back up when Sandro is back. Nothing to do with scouting, or lack thereof, at all.

I don't know who we want but aren't bidding on, who we don't want but are scouting, which ITK is any more reliable than the next... This is a complete mind f**k!

Hopefully, he was getting offered around wasn't he? It's not Moutinho, Porto don't have to and don't want to sell.

The same mob who said that Moutinho was done, Leandro was 60 % done and started getting excited about Sneijder. Don't do it to yourself mate.

Suter never said Moutinho done. If you want to discredit him, don't do it with lies.
