Presumably all of these whiter than white clubs will also refuse to buy from, or sell to Juventus. I know what my money's on.
Juve is not banned from business- but Paratici is. So clubs should be reluctant to do business with Paratici, lest they get accused of violating the ban and face sanctions themselves.

He has to go. He has been found guilty and disciplined . He therefore cannot have any say in our transfer dealings involving millions and millions of pounds. There is a shadow hanging over the Romero deal ffs. - its not rocket science is it? He's bent and has to be sacked now

we must be the only club in the world to have a DoF , responsible for shaping our squad, who has an entire country of clubs who CANNOT deal with him - you literally could not make it up

I think the clubs counter argument for this attitude would be that we cannot afford to do anything that isn’t 100% by the book as our DoF is under scrutiny.

Perhaps that is actually what is putting Italian clubs off!

kind of makes him a little surplus to requirements in the long run doesnt it. Short term his knowledge could be shared with others but as time goes by that gets a little more dated
Not really. His role is meant to be strategic as much as tactical

Odd that clubs don’t want to deal with a guy accused of financial impropriety.

yet city and the chavs do deals almost daily and their financials are about as filthy as it gets. the hypocrisy over stuff like this always makes me laugh.

not condoning it obv, just the whole industry is corrupt.

On the other hand people know that Daniel Levy won't go near anything illegal that he or the club can be done for. He may be a pain and try different financial methods but he covers himself.
I guess by what's being said in here it's hard to see how Fabio can remain in place now, seems we've done Italy so perhaps time to move onto another league.

The concept that Paratici acted without full knowledge from Juventus is quite frankly absurd. In fact it's as absurd as FIFA and UEFA sanctioning anybody for corruption. They don't have the nuts to punish Juventus but are happy enough to go after a few employees instead.

The Goat hears that we are struggling to any deals in Italy due to Paratici case, most won't touch us with a barge pole
Most won’t touch us ?
Surely none should be touching us in Italy whilst we have Paratici under our employment until such time as ban is lifted

If the appeal fails he should be released immediately.

If it's going to take a while I'd release him anyway because it will hurt the functionality of the club to have a DOF with a 2 and a half year ban hanging over him.
