That's right, but if the paperwork has, as reported by some already gone in, it still wouldn't stop a shiesty pairing of Kia and the Chavs from trying to get what they want. Having said that, that would be a lumpy piece of compo.

Basically Utd had the deal signed yet lost the player without agreeing to it.

Perhaps I don't pay enough attention, but aren't transfers usually concluded on the basis of "agreed subject to medical"? In other words, the medical is the final pice and is what ties the whole thing up. Why would a player have a medical without something else having been concluded first, even if it's just a "heads of agreement". In this case we seem to be being told that the medical went ahead despite plenty of fundamental areas not yet having been agreed. Seems odd that, or is my understanding of how these things are usually done incorrect?

I am completely embarrassed by some of the things being said about Willian by some Spurs fans and even being said to him via Twitter. If he was unsure about us he will definitely want Chelsea if he reads any of it

Willian is not a **** if he chooses Chelsea.........he is just another footballer making the decision that he thinks is right for him, whether that be motivated by money or football. We might not agree with it but slagging him off is fruitless.
