Mate I wouldn't worry...A&C is more likely to set cryptics for us to even access this area of the forum than stop posting them just to please a few malcontents. Between ITK and the media, it’s pretty hard to know who exactly we’re targeting at the moment.

So I think it’s worth reminding people that under Paratici we’ve signed 10 players, and of those ten players Christian Romero was the only signing that rumbled on for over a week in the media.

Everyone else was done almost out of nowhere. So I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that we’ve barely even heard about or main targets

Yes, and you can add the attempt to sign Luis Diaz to that list too - the first indication that Spurs were even interested was when the Portuguese media reported that we'd pretty much agreed a fee for him.

I know there's this jokey image of Paratici having a direct line for feeding information to certain sections of the Italian football media, but the truth is that he's very good at keeping his work under the radar right up until the last knockings of a deal.
