Just because someone doesn't believe our transfer windows are perfect doesn't make them a "wanker" or a "whiny c***"! That's just bloody rude!

One of these days we'll be linked to a footballer that's good at passing the ball. But it won't be today.

How can levy fuck up this window and piss off sc?!

but we have moaned for ages about getting rid of the deadwood and sorting out our defence, seems our bald leader can do no right even with the window only being a few weeks old

We do have a lot of deluded fuckwit fans.

The media is part of the problem though, fans see players that the bin dippers are linked with and when our ITK and transfers don't seem to match up then all hell breaks loose.

How long have you supported Spurs? There is a recurring cycle at Spurs which ends up with the club shooting itself on the foot. This normally involves sacking managers and buying poorly! Even when things seem to be going well it all goes tits up!

Some fans have been waiting for years for this cycle to change, they love their club go home and away and just want their club to improve.

Nothing in this window to suggest that anything will at present, let's wait and see. As always the optimists among us are hyping our youth players and suggesting it'll all be ok but in the real world the rest know that football isn't like that. Every club needs to improve the quality in their squad. As of now we haven't done that IMO so what's wrong with people questioning why? What ate so many on here seeing that some are not?

Fellaini? Will add strength to that midfield but is he suited to the"system"?

We are going to spend what we make from sales. Just as we have done for the last 5 years. The money is going towards the stadium.

I really don't know why our fans are suprised about this every year and then get upset about it. That's the way it is.
They get upset because we are so close to being in a real position to challenge and the status quo approach means just that. For me personally a child of the 70's and 80's I have never had it so good at least in the league so I'm not particularly concerned and actually quite like the way our club is run.

I really am dismayed on here how so many are finding perfectly acceptable that we have a £26million striker who has been nothing but a disaster and couldn't hit a proverbial cow's arse with a banjo!

I don't want to listen about 'experience' and being a 'good guy' - I want my striker to score goals and can slot in as and when in being a functional member in our system.

Call a spade a spade instead of literally scraping the barrel for excuses for his continued inclusion.

I think Paulinho has scored more goals for Spurs.

Therein lies the tale of the love-in shown towards a player who doesn't trouble the scoreboard is paid a Kings ransom and takes up an unjustified squad number.

God bless Kane this coming season and hope that he stays injury free because the alternative is laughable.

I quite like Fellaini but I see no way that he'd fit in with our team at the moment.

He couldn't partner Bentaleb, and we don't play the sort of football that would get the best out of his attacking strengths (i.e. hoof it up towards his big hair).

Where on earth would he play?

I see a few posts saying he's aggressive and physical. My interpretation of that is that he is snide and dirty.
Traits that on occasion we could have done with and certainly have been used to beat us many times over the years

We have spent fuck all in the last 5 years (less than any prem club) yet have stayed roughly 5th place. If our transfers are so bad what does that say for the rest of the league?

Bobby did fuck up the easiest chance of the season though. I firmly believe we could have made it to the semis of the EL if he could maneuver a 2 on 1 clean through.
Sorry that honour goes to Kane against Burnley.

A transfer window of transition. Hmmm I have heard this before me thinks....

Three weeks odd to go to Man U and we probably still have 3-4 outgoings and maybe 2-3 in. How much is it worth to have a settled pre-season side offset against paying minimal value for our deadline day deals. The reason why we do our business late is to save money but correct me if I'm wrong rarely do we start a season on fire

This
The only attribute he has is that he's a big unit which Poch seems to like but he likes to,play as a no10 off the striker not as a box to box creative type that we are craving

The Lennon interest could be a little something to put some pressure on Everton.

And when you consider Bentaleb, Mason and particularly Kane didn't all start playing until well into the Autumn, we'll be starting this season off at a huge advantage compared to last. He's also removing the divisive elements from the team so squad harmony is likely to be on the rise.

Many people forget that we still managed 64 points last season despite a huge chunk of it being a weeding out process and Pochettino getting a proper feel for the squad.

We've already tackled our defensive issues and have a DM, forward and perhaps another wider forward type to bring in.

I think we're in really good shape. And despite some new faces coming in, we've already got the benefit of TA and JV having played previously together so there really won't be too much surgery to the spine of the team.

Other teams, despite signing some quality, may find it takes time before things begin to click for them.
We need Soldado or a new striker to take some of the load off Kane, but when that get sorted...

Before he went to United, every single person on this site would have taken Fellaini. I think he's been pigeon holed at United to play a certain role when, at Everton, he was much more of a BoX to box player. Would definitely take him
