Kane had a 3 year deal and by the sounds of things we got offered about £130m for the guy who was the best striker in the league that season. We now have just 1 year left and what seems to be £100m offer from a foreign club. Bayern’s offer is miles better than City’s which was a joke offer.

This is a pretty hefty sum tbf, but yeah Bayern & abroad is definitely best for all parties.

In theory we should be able to clear it considerably if the club wants to. Assuming it's circa £100m that will go in as pure profit on the books this year, whereas transfers are costed over the length of contract. We will have a lot of scope with FFP now, could line up a fair few deals on long contracts like Chelsea did.

And a lot of room for wages, too.
