The prem midfielders mentioned by Ally G in his article earlier aside from Ward Prowse were Tielemans, Bissouma, Maddison and Kalvin Philips. McGinn has also been mentioned by McGrath. Considering Arsenal’s interest in Tielemans and how hard it would be to do deals for the Maddison, Philips and McGinn I think it would be fair to assume the midfielder is Bissouma, which would be amazing.

Really would be. Eriksen especially feels like a very key one if we can get it over the line. It's the only target with no obvious alternative in the same price bracket.
