Muntari would be very good but would they sell? Still not sure on Kameni and don't know the other.

Jonas Gutierrez

From BBC Gossip Column

But Spurs hope to hijack Portsmouth's £8.3m bid for Real Mallorca winger Jonas Gutierrez. (The Independent)

Wiki says:

Full name - Jonás Manuel Gutiérrez
Date of birth - May 7, 1983 (1983-05-07) (age 24)
Place of birth - Roque Sáenz Peña, Argentina
Height - 1.83 m (6 ft 0 in)
Playing position - Winger
Current club - RCD Mallorca
Number - 23

Jonás Gutiérrez is an Argentinefootballwinger. He was born on May 7, 1983, in the city of Roque Sáenz Peña in the Buenos Aires Province of Argentina.
He played for Vélez Sársfield in Argentina between 2001 and 2005. The highlight of his Vélez career was being part of the team that won the Primera Division Argentina Clausura Tournament in 2005.
After winning the title in 2005 he signed with RCD Mallorca, where he currently plays.
He earned his first cap against France, February 2007. He often celebrates his goals by putting on a Spiderman mask and going crazy (can we get a spiderman smiley if he joins?)

Jonas is a very hard worker with a great engine and can play on either flank. He's tall for a wide midfielder, and is all flailing arms and legs when he runs.

He's very direct, running at people at pace, and ideal for a counterattacking game when he's got space to attack. From the few occasions I've seen him, I wouldn't say he's a great dribbler, rather he tries to beat defenders through pace and aggression. In fact, he's a bit like a skinnier version of Tony Galvin.

I think he would be a good addition to the first team squad, giving us options down either flank. And his outstanding fitness, work ethic and positional discipline - I've frequently seen him covering defensively for his FB - means that he is the kind of player I can see Ramos wanting to sign.

I bought it him for my tottenham squad on Pro Evo - currently top scorer - therefore he is bound to be a great buy.
I would advise Ramos to concentrate training on stamina as that worked for me. I have him in a 442 playing as Support Striker just behind Balaban...scouting done.

I have a horrible feeling Kameni isn't the answer to our keeping problems.

2nd.
I just think we need someone with less of a personality, sure hes a great shot stopper and pulls off incredible saves but is he too eccentric?

Jenas and Jonas? Bring it on!

As for Kameni, hopefully he won't have many shots to stop with a proper defence in front of him next season!

I'm not worried about his shot-stopping, more about defenders being stretchered off.

I do admire your confidence about a proper defence, BTW!

We were linked with this guy in the last transfer window, I could see this happening, when i've seen him play he's been out on the left wing.

We could get Makoun as well then we'd have a Cameroonian Trio, and someone who can actually tackle in midfield.

I follow Spanish football, not an expert but I've seen Gutierrez play a bunch of times in both Spain and Argentina. He has a lot going for him, IMO--pace, smarts, a left foot. Supposedly he can score goals from the mid-field, but he hasn't really done that at Mallorca--at Sársfield he scored a few. Kind of soft on the ball, if he has space he can be awesome but in close quarters he can get pushed off the ball. I think he's best when he is running, getting to the touch line, etc.; just my opinion.

As for Kameni, he can be amazing sometimes and sometimes he can scare the shite out of you--literally. He's a good stopper, though. He'd be a fine keeper for us, give him a solid back line and he'll be the bee's knees.

Robbo's a good shot stopper. We need a commanding keeper who isn't so dodgy on crosses and corners and from distance.
