I don't like the guy either, but believe it or not, we haven't lost to many games in the EPL he has started
We haven't lost many EPL games over the past 4 years in general don't think you can really point to that as a positive for the guy.

edit: went back and looked at last year. He started the losses against ManU, Arsenal, and Leicester. Ties against West Ham, Swansea, Southampton, and Brighton. I want him no where near the starting line up all season.

Damning stats, how many of the games he started did we win, can't have been many others?

If your going by that what happened with your favourite formation v Watford?

Forget 352 formation and anyother variation of 3 at the back. We are far more effective and much more flexible imo playing 4231 and variants of.

With the injuries we're dealing with, imo we can only field:

Vorm
Tripps Toby Jan Rose
Moose Dier
Lucas Eriksen Lamela
Kane

It’s a blow no doubt but also a fantastic opportunity for Vorm Gazz Lamela Winks Sisso Son . The squad is to be tested

No Lloris and no Dele are massive negatives for Saturday. Dier and dembele in midfield with a back 5 and eriksen, Lucas and Kane ahead of them

Have you seen Llorrente play lately?

Harry is abit off but ffs get off his back and get behind him.
No one is getting on his back. I think without the knicker twisting you will find that most are behind him so wanting rested to be back at his best. I agree about Llorrente though, he is definitely not the answer

Wasn't able to watch not sure. But probably had something to do with the midfield I said we needed to add pieces to all summer long.

Shame about lloris. Not bothered about Alli....as Poch never drops him, its a good opportunity to try someone in his position who can keep the ball moving.

Is Lamela fit then as i'd be loathe to start Son?

That being said, I can see Poch going 352 here judging on who's available and how we looked to combat Liverpool last season - in which case, it might well mean a start for Winks in the middle.

If Lamela plays he needs to play behind the striker IMHO.
