Swansea have had a little more possession, but have they caused us alot of trouble? Anything clearcut? Don't know that it was that much against the run of play, we have been more dangerous going forward. Sandro has been fantastic again, Luka and VDV are a joy to watch

Did Bale dive? hard to tell. Stupid yellow card if he did.
He was definitely looking for it. Knocked it between 2 Swansea players and anticipated the trip and went down. The Swansea player pulled his leg back in though and it didn't look like there was any contact.

He fell over without being touched. Was expecting the player to put the foot in but instead he pulled out of the challenge. Deserved a yellow, if it was the other team we'd be going mad.

As it stands, we're 6 points clear of Chelski with a game in hand. Not bad that.

Poor performance so far and lucky to be ahead.

I see where u are coming from but to be fair Swansea are a very complete unit at home with no team in the last 2 years being able to take control of games there (a list which includes some big names). At the moment again its a professional performance in my eyes.

Who cares anyway eh, we are winning :grin: COYS!

It's like we're playing...spurs...and I think our players are finding it weird. Lovely match to watch, hope we come out hungry.

They had the long range effort early on that Brad stretched for, but he didn't look uncomfortable getting to it. As dvdhopeful said, aside from that, for all their possession, they really haven't threatened.

Sky has possession 50.1-49.9 in Swansea's favour and areas of possession has it 26% in the Swansea end, 21% in Spurs end and 53% in middle - not really domination.

86 % pass rate for us vs 84 % for them.

Stephen Ireland must have read the comments about him in the thread yesterday! Scored today, good lad.

Some fresh legs in the second half for us at some point should be on the menu...but despite all Swansea's possession they don't look too threatening.

Another goal kills this game but I'm not even sure we'll need it....if they really come on to us we could pick them off anyway.

Pretty confident.

Swansea have been playing well so far, but I don't think we've been as bad as the commentators or some of the comments here suggest.

It's more that, unlike Norwich, they've taken the game to us and put us under more pressure. We still look dangerous going forward, though maybe in need of one or two more in the box at times.

I don't think we deserved to be ahead but who cares!
