I'm glad we didnt sign him, as good as he is, i would hate having to defend his bad sportsmanship, world cup - the handball, in holland - he bites someone, today - the elbow to parkers throat was dreadful, hes truly and awful bloke.

i prefer Adebayor - as a person, as a pro and as a player. Suarez is a great player to have when things are going well but when they aint........... well watch MOTD2 tonight and you ll see (for those that didnt see the game)

it looked like that was a deliberate elbow. Did sky show a replay? if not hope BBC will tonight. Get him banned for a game or two. He's such a diver, that free kick he won in the second half is typical Suarez. Feels for contact and flings himself to the floor. He gets away with it all the time at Anfield because of there whinny fans. He's got a face that you really want to slap.

I'm not glad we didn't sign him but as I said in another thread Defoe was the better player today.
That tantrum Saurez had was truly an embarrassing childish incident.

His tantrums and his dive today prove he's a massive twat.

I'd take him. No question. Bad day at office but he is superb at football

Saurez has had bad games the last two times we have played Liverpool - starting to think that it has something do with with our defense.

I missed the elbow I will have to watch carefully on MOTD2, though I doubt it will be shown?

He hit parker right in the throat. A Rugby player would probably be cited and banned for months if he did that. Come to think of it maybe citing wouldn't be such a bad idea in football.

He's a royal pest but I'd rather he was our royal pest.

agree but he's still world class

He's very good, I dunno if I would go so far as to call him world class though.

Horrible little diving cheating player and his goals per game ratio has not been amazing at Liverpool either thus far.

I still maintain just like Joe Cole he would have chosen Liverpool ahead of us even had we made a proper move for him so all the debate we constantly see about whether we should and why didn't we sign him is so very futile in my opinion.

I'd much prefer both Adebayor and VdV to him in the Spurs line up personally and if we want to talk about Uruguayan strikers I wish we had I would personally pick Cavani over him also.

Would take a lot of money for me to share a bed with him  got to be one of the ugliest players around.

To be fair love, if that is you in your avatar he's probably the best you will get.

And on topic, Suarez is a petulant little bitch. He has ability, granted, but would hate to see him wear our shirt and act like that. He doesn't just do it once in a while, he does it in every single game he plays in.
