I don't get to WHL very often as I now live over 4,600 miles away!
Anyway, I just visited StubHub to see if I could get a couple of tickets to go to the West Ham or Chelsea match when we are back in London for a visit in September/October. I know they are london derbys and popular, but people are taking the piss.
Some people are asking for almost £300 for a single ticket! I know people want to make a bit extra, but for me at least...it's totally priced me out of being able to go and support Spurs (which I only get to do every few years anyway these days). I'd be fine with paying a little over the odds so someone could make a bit extra for the hassle, but can't splash out silly money for each ticket.
I guess that's capitalism for you..still gutted as I was really looking forward to getting back to WHL (old man still lives down the road in Crouch End so don't have far to travel).
Do you lot think if I waited a bit closer to the time that there would be any tickets left? Any suggestions?
