A friend and me are taking our sons (both 6) on a tour of the stadium tomorrow afternoon. as it's halloween tomorrow as well they want to drive up so that we can get back afterwards in plenty of time to let them go trick or treating.

Question is where can they park near(ish) the stadium? is the CPZ around it only on matchdays or is it all the time?

Don't think this will help but I did the tour on a Sunday morning a couple of years ago and just parked on Park Lane next to the south stand. I think week days are likely to be different in terms of parking regs and far busier.

Enjoy though.

Been on the tour twice and parked in the stadium itself, as long as you've got your ticket for the tour the car park barrier attendant lets you in.

Wait, doesn't part of your deal include some information regarding transport and parking, either mailed to you or online in the tour info section?

You got some statistical evidence to back that up?

On non match days you can park anywhere, I've always parked right outside the the park lane end of the ground when ever I've been on a tour or had to pick up tickets

I went on the staduim tour on Monday this week and we parked in the stadium carpark (West stand).

From there you are sent to meet the club rep in the Mega Store and even after the tour finished we then had a wander round the Store and on the high street and was allowed to leave our car there the whole time.

But aren't customers supposed to get this sort of information as a natural part of the process of purchasing a stadium tour, telling you what to do on the day?

My dad booked it so I didn't see the info regarding parking although on the way he did say "We'll try the stadium carpark first and see what happens" which would indicate it may have been a bit vague but not entirely sure.

Besides that the only thing we were sure of was the info pack advising to meet and sign in at the Mega Store but when arriving at the carpark the security guy confirmed that too us again.
