The lot down the road posted their financial results today so a few interesting bits of information came out when the inevitable comparisons were made.
Highest English revenue: MUFC £363m (2013), CFC £261m (2012), #AFC £243m (2013), MCFC £231m (2012), LFC £189m (2012), THFC £144m (2012).
Highest English wage bills: MCFC £202m (2012), MUFC £181m (2013), CFC £176m (2012), #AFC £155m (2013), LFC £131m (2012), THFC £90m (2012).
So the lowest revenue AND lowest wage bills of any of our competitors (and Liverpool). Amazing to see the gap in wages especially. Really puts what we've done in the past few years into perspective when you consider that there's at least a £40M gap a year on wages alone, never mind the money spent on transfer fee's...
