Massive games from the likes of Emerson, Dier, Davies (besides one bad pass), PEH, Kane, Kulu. Lloris some great work as well and gets mentioned seperately due to nearly killing me with that last kick.

In a sentence: ‘ we nullified them and took our chances; it’s not ‘city playing poorly’ it’s us beating them’.
Think Grealish was their most threatening player, but Emerson matched him. Great victory today Spurs.

Some absolute mammoth performances tonight. Royal. Hoijberg. Kulu. All Goliath’s. As were the rest of the team.

Sets us up for a good second half of the season.

Great win there....not the prettiest win but seen through to the end.

Emerson, i have to say, played very well today.

Oh look the trash players aren't so bad at all! That awful defence we have not only kept Haaland out but he didn't have a shot!

That is what I have been positive about under Conte. That kind of performance. Crowd need to be like that at home EVERY game.

Of course Harry bagging the record, but he will well and truly smash it. Fastest to reach 200 PL goals. What a player. Privileged to witness him over the last ten years.

I came down with Covid on Friday, and since then we've beaten city and Chelsea and Arsenal have dropped points. I'm thinking about giving food poisoning a go for the match against Leicester but I'm open to suggestions

If we continue playing like this, Newcastle and United will have to have a massive job on their hands keeping us out of the top four.

Bentancur and Kulusevski still aren't quite back to their best following the injuries, but it's only a matter of time. Richarlison's return will be a big boost. Son looks bright again and seems to have put his horrible run of form behind him. Emerson is playing the best football of his Spurs career and with Porro we will have an attacking alternative down the right that we've been sorely lacking.

Absent another injury crisis, I fully expect that our performances will be much improved in the second half of the season. Lots left to play for.
