Given the state of the pitch, Spurs might have to do something that doesn't come naturally tonight and play VERY direct. It will be suicidal for us to play out the back. We don't have enough skill in midfield and defense to pull that off. Moreover, Pep will know that and will instruct his team to press the piss out of us in the first 20 mins, as we will likely make mistakes.

I hope to be proven wrong. I hope the players are up for this. But everything I've seen from us and them this season tells me we will be lucky if they don't score 4.

I think Poch alluded as much the other day saying we'll need the rub of the green to win or even draw. Too true.

He really doesn't. He still does a lot of very impressive off-the-ball work, but doesn't tend to have as much possession or space to do his thing with it when we're against top opposition - and in those situations the flashy players are a lot more noticeable.
