I was thinking about going down to the training ground tomorrow to watch the U21's, think we have the Gooners. Are the public allowed in to watch? If so how much would it cost?

You are allowed and it's free to watch. Been twice so far.
There are a few "rules" such as no photos and you have to be a bit respectful when attending which i'm sure you will be
