Dear Fellow Yids,

My wife and I are off to Kolkata in 4 weeks time to visit our friend who runs a home for orphaned boys in the city and the lads at the home love watching the English Premier League.

I thought it'd be really nice to take them some Spurs shirts with me when I go, so if you have any old Shirts that your kids have grown out of maybe you would consider donating them to these lovely lads.

There are 10 boys aged between 7 and 15 so I will need a variety of sizes. I will gladly cover your costs of posting the shirts if needed.

Thank you for your time and COYS :)

Hi Ian & Sylvia,
Just checked with my 13 year old son Jack and he has white Puma shirt (size UK 30/32) which he is happy to send to you. Please let us know your address and will post asap. Do you want shorts or socks if he has some too? We also have a few pairs of football boots and trainers that we are happy to send too. Regards Rob & Jack

I know someone who has a particular affinity for India, children and Spurs. He almost certainly has shirts that would fit 7-15 year olds.

Step forth @EnfieldYiddo

Posted this on FTL as well. If you want it distributing around COYS, TFC, etc let us know and we'll see what we can do (but you might end up with too many!).

Thanks again Rob :) My wife and I go about 3 times a year so we can always take a load more on our next trip if we get too many :) feel free to spread the word mate.

Haven't any shirts sorry, but if you are ever there a little earlier in the year I recommend this:

http://www.doverlanemusicconference.org/

But take some thicker clothes if you might stay late into the night as I did, as I swear I (virtually, like a man cold) got pneumonia.

Went 22years ago though, so might have changed some! Loved my time there.
