Spurs believe Serge Aurier will stay this summer

Tottenham Hotspur believe Serge Aurier will stay at the club beyond the end of the transfer window, and also think he can provide cover at centre-back should they fail to make another signing.

I thought we'd sell him to balance the books and he's one player we have that decent teams seem interested in so we could command a decent fee.

But there's been definite improvement this year and having him and Doherty could help provide the strength of squad to compete in numerous competitions.
