Hopefully it's worked but I feel it would be good to know what percentage of the fans on this forum think Redknapp has taken us as far as he can and should be replaced at the end of the season .... we can then 'discuss' our reasons for keeping/dismissing him (preferably without the bitching/bullying of our fellow members).

When voting ... take into account our indifferent performances, failings in the transfer windows, odd tactics/formations, failure to strengthen a pathetic strike force, Harry's craving for the England job, his constant praising of the opposition when we drop points, telling the public were challenging for the league (putting added pressure on the players).

or

Think about the good things that he's done/continues to do ... hmmm

What about sacking the board too!
I want Gillette & Hicks!

Not really. I'm happy with what we've got.

Would it, I wonder, be permissable to take into account any of the reasons that Harry Redknapp and the coaching staff have done well for us or would that be a bit unfair?

No, sacking arguably our most successful manager in years after at worst a 6th place finish and a champions league quarter final will only alianate anyone coming in.

If Redknapp goes this summer, it will be an amicable arrangement.

Lets sack Redknapp who has been our most successful coach for 25+ years and get a foreign coach in. Its worked for us before....oh, hang on.....

That was what I was thinking - talk about propaganda!

Not having a pop at all but this is exactly the kind of thing I would cringe at if others outside the world of Spurs were to see.

It just sounds pretty ludicrous given what the guy has achieved, even if his management style has ran its course, it just doesn't sound right

Surely, if those are taken into account when voting, we should also take into account our highest ever premier league finish, our highest ever points per game under any manager in the premier league, the best football we've played including the days of Ossies famous five, a wonderful first stab at the Champions League which involved deservedly beating the best two sides in Italy (one of whom are the current holders of the trophy, the other being one of the most successful sides in the competition) and the rejuvenation of several players who were floundering before he came like Gomes, Dawson, Ekotto, Bale, Modric, Huddlestone, Lennon and Pavlyuchenko.

So for anyone voting 'yes' would it be acceptable to assume that you would want the next manager replaced if we didnt't improve on THIS season then? You know, one mistake and you're out type thing?

I have a mate who is a journalist, I might send him the link to this poll, the football writers and other fans will laugh their tits off that someone even made this poll, let alone people voting 'yes'
