lamela and bale are both in that transitional phase where they aren't confident enough to do what they did in their old clubs.they are both trying to play within the system but both are players that needed the ball to be effective. they play best when they are the system itself. on the other hand, if they try to do too much or hogs the ball too much as new comers, i'm damn sure there will be unhappy seniors. kinda like how you try to keep a low profile and not be too loud during the first month of work before you get comfortable. lets give him a few more month, at the very least before slating him
