Presumably he's complaining the cut-off was too low so some members with more loyalty points were missing out? Fuck knows...

Well they have either 3 points or 1 points. Increases to 5 points for cup games.

Seems their fans goto 1 match & rarely return ? Even though a guy i work with did once say that the loyalty points at Chelsea reset back to zero at the begining of each season.
What worries me is when the new stadium opens up & we increase our season tickets to 40k+ what will the point in being a member as if we reach Wembley all the tickets will go to the season ticket holders ? Surely the club will have to look at introducing a new fairer system so everybody gets a chance regardless what level you are on.

So, turns out there was a problem processing my payment. I've got my ticket but I only received an e-mail this morning telling me about the issue and it gave me (and all fans with a similar issue) until 5pm tomorrow to resubmit payment.
Therefore I'd hazard a guess that on Thursday, after this period for people with payment errors has lapsed, the club will allocate a small number of additional tickets to fans who missed out in the original ballot - eg fans with 147 loyalty points.

Someone offering club Wembley tickets in the neutral end to me at £100 each. Said it's a stadium card that needs to be returned. Are club Wembley members issued with stadium cards?

No idea if Club Wembley members have stadium cards - they might do as its electronic turnstiles.
But both Spurs and Chelsea are issuing paper tickets.

No they don't mate they get emailed tickets for each game and usually quick exit passes for Marylebone station.
Ask if the quick exit passes are included that will probably find them out.
ps the rate for club Wembley members to buy extra tickets was £305 each!!

For an event which you are entitled to attend according to your membership type (a Core Event as outlined in your Licence Agreement), your tickets will be loaded onto your Access Card which you can then use to gain entry into the Stadium.
I will assume that FA Cup semi can be an event that will be included in someone's "core events", and thus they would be loaded onto their stadium access card.
I'd say you're generally less likely to be scammed with a membership card than a paper ticket.

All I can say is that my mate has four corporate 10 year seats and we never use cards.
Each game we take a email print off with a bar code. It is the bar code that is scanned to get us into block 315...
His top clients have claimed the semi final tickets but no doubt he will take me to the England v Latvia game!!
