Another question, perhaps someone can help?
I gifted my season ticket to a young Irish cousin of my other half for Wolves game as I can’t make it. I then used my account to buy his dad a seat on ticket exchange a few seats down. It says it’ll update my digital pass within 24 hours. But I don’t want it on my pass! I want a ticket for dad!
I assumed when buying extra seats like this it would come as an ticket to print. What’s the solution here? Can I also gift that ticket to dad when it arrives if he gets a CRN?

Don't think you can do that , I believe correct way would have been to register you cousins dad with a CRN first , then you can add him to your network , then you can purchase tickets on his behalf when they go to guest sale and assign the ticket to him . That's how I read the very complicated way of ticket purchase these days.

That can work, as long as they’re not going to the game as well of course.
They won’t be able to forward you the tickets though, but they can send you a screenshot of the qr code which will get you in.

Assume you mean have not done ID validation, if you have been issued with a ticket you will get in , all stewards seem to worry about is that you are at the right entrance shown on the ticket and are not carrying anything that will set of the scanners
