Supposed to be when renewals close but wouldn't count on anytime soon, if there are a lot of requests then those who completed the relocation form earliest will be invited first by email so if anyone gets the email they can lets us know it's underway.

I have re-location email available from tomorrow, I renewed very early so in the first phase.

Me too. But despite me telling the others I sit with who also want to move to do their renewal early, they haven't and will have to wait. I'm pretty annoyed as I did warn them. Now do I wait for them or not, probably not as I am desperate to move.

Reading the email, it says that if you wish to reloacte with others who are in an earlier phase, you can do so at tis time, as long as they're in your network. Now, I'm reading that they can gatecrash your earlier window, as long as they're in your network and they submitted a form.

That's what I initially thought, but when you read on, it says if they are in a different phase then you have to wait and enter with that one. They never make it easy!

If you move on your own probably much easier to get a single seat than as a group , I am only looking for a single seat but not desperate to move as my neighbours are very pleasant and not moaners but if there is a front row seat available in the upper tier in my block I might be tempted , is it my eyes or is the south stand moving further away from the NW corner

I emailed them about this, because it says in the FAQs that it would be available after the renewal deadline has passed, which was Friday, but they told me cash won’t be available until after all the renewals have been processed ?

It wasn’t about when you renewed it was about when you filled out the request to change seat form.

I didn't think you were allowed to fill out the form until you'd renewed. That's what they said at the time.

I filled the form out first day and renewed on the Thursday before the deadline and I’m in the first window.

I think I might have been a bit thick here. I didn’t see anything when renewing about requesting relocation. Probably wasn’t looking hard as, for some reason, I thought that would all come later. Does that now mean I can’t relocate now? Or is still possible? Was hoping to move. I’m by myself

There was a pretty big section in the initial renewal email about relocating and then again in the email they sent once renewals opened asking you to register interest and a link to a survey. Just opened the link and it says relocation requests are now closed so doesn’t look possible unfortunately

Oh. Whoops. Never mind. I actually really like the people I’m surrounded by so hopefully won’t be a problem -just quite high up in South Stand.
