I know a couple on another forum also haven't been able to. To be honest, it sounds like the club is just not doing it for 1882 members in the hopes of forcing them into renewing the incredibly overpriced rip-off they've created.
Thanks. That’s what I suspected And I’ve now given them an ultimarum to either relocate or I will cancel my membership. They told me that would address the relocation of seats after 3rd June which was the renewal deadline.

My mate had two 1882 tickets and has moved to another area for this season without problems. But surprise, surprise they are more expensive premium seats.
That makes sense tbh I didn’t think there were any more expensive seats than the 1882 seats ?

This is a pretty stupid system and surely they can't be just opening up this up 4 days before each game.

I don't get the logic in not opening Ticket Exchange either. All 3 games are 99% sold out with remaining tickets mainly being the top rows in the East/ West. Surely it's better for them that STHs can list their tickets and actually get people in the ground.

If 2 members want to buy a ticket in the south and 2 STHs in the south can't make the game, why is the club risking having 4 seats empty? Just to take the risk that the 2 buyers give in and pay £80 a ticket and the STHs can magically go. Makes no sense

Indeed. It seems a big risk to take. If you don't even let people try to sell, they'll only become unhappy and consider not renewing next year. Meanwhile, this policy might generate at most I'd guess an extra £100k per game, or maybe £2m over the season if we keep failing to sell out - probably quite a bit less than that.

I get exactly the same error message when trying to forward a ticket to a friend in my network

Yep - he is in my network but good that Dannyo is experiencing the same problem

Thats comforting to know haha... means there must be an issue with the system which isnt too difficult to believe with how shit it is

+1 on this issue, "unexpected error", knew it was a bit optimistic to think this might work on release!

I'm not complaining, as I regularly use forward to a friend, however wasn't the supposed whole point of this complicated (for me at least!) and drawn out photo verification procedure 'to ensure our safety re Covid, by knowing exactly who is in the stadium' ?

Yet now they are still letting us forward our tickets to people in our network who haven't been through this ID process?

Yeah, it's a good point. I don't know how they're getting around this.

The account i'm trying to forward to still asks for photo verification, so think it still applies, though the instant confirmation is a little dubious imo...

Do you know if the receiving person is given instructions on how to do this? Cutting it fine with the game only 5 days away...

Not sure to be honest...I just logged onto the account (its the missus) and saw the ID request in account notifications!

Literally did the id photo thing this morning and it cleared the request away instantly so seems to be a quick one to sort at least
