Ian Murphy is the head of the ticket office, decent bloke theBenjamin.

even if he doesn’t address himself, as I have gone through him I have found he gets one of his department to respond promptly. Good Luck, Darren

Darren, this advice really worked for me. Ian passed it onto one of his team who was incredibly helpful and I got it sorted. Just renewed. Thanks mate (y)

Is there not the option to finance it. I didn't take it up last season but remember there was something available

It's asking for the full balance

Deadline Day .
Wonder what the renewal rate will be.
Very little will cancel I imagine. Everyone seems to be desperate for non-renewals for some weird reason but we always have very little churn
Last year midst a pandemic we had over 94% renew. I’d be surprised if it was much different

You're welcome, along as you make some noise. Overall the Park Lane has been disappointing bar a few games. We should be a force that lifts the team in times of need.
Agree with you, but the club pushed too hard selling the south stand as this amazing thing, with the best food and bars. If you’re not going to contribute to the atmosphere you’re better off in another stand IMO

It just seems to me folk wait before they part with their money, ST aren’t that cheap!
What's wrong with renewing close to the deadline?
If it worried Levy a bit that can only be good!

94% renewal probably will not be far off the mark but according to the latest ticketing points table ST numbers have dropped to 39,216 from circa 42,000 when the stadium opened, membership numbers have dropped quite dramatically to 106,880 from a high of around 150,000 . Those figures would seem to be pretty near the mark as a relative of mine jumped 30,000 on the waiting list . Reckon quite a few on the waiting list will be getting the invitation to purchase a ST this season hope they have the money available.

Very little point for newish members renewing last year though, if you only had a few points you’d be better off saving the £50 and starting again at a point when the stadium reopened.

Really no problem, so no worries. Kind of remember in the past you have previous ;) As if I really care anyway! Got much worse for less.
Just have to remind myself every time I open this site that I have to scroll with my left hand . Although, I have to say putting the dislike button on the right hand side where poster ps scroll is just pure bad design .

Just did mine too.

Same, fucking ****s.

I literally hovered over the confirm payment button for 10 minutes.

I only renewed because of the possibility of Conte taking over, could be exciting times. If it falls through I'll be devestated.

Yep, I renewed too. I will admit it was partly to do with having already paid the non refundable 20% and having credit left in my ticketing account.

Non-refundable? Where was that said? I am expecting to get mine back!!!!!

When we renewed last season they made it very clear the 20% was non refundable. Although I suppose that may have just related to last season and it may have changed.

Good luck in getting it back!

You'll get it back I'm sure but you have to email the club directly. I can't imagine the club will shaft their own fans by keeping money for a ST that the person won't have...it's not like the club won't be able to sell the ST again to someone else.

I’ve not renewed due to personal circumstances although the crap football/atmosphere didn’t help matters!! I did email the club and was told the 20% will be refunded once they’ve dealt with renewals - I’ll be holding them to that as I have it in writing!!!
