I didn't know that, it's not one of the expensive ones mind you.

When they moved back from Wembley concession rates went up from 40% to 50% and they excluded most of the seats from it. I got fed up with climbing 100 steps up and so arranged to change mine last year. Of course I have never used the new seat but I lost my concession rate. One of the factors in me not renewing anymore

I've been given the option to take on my father in law's ST after giving my own up recently.

Has anyone done this before via the amnesty stuff and can offer advice/guidance before I head off to Google or email the ticket office?

I was very angry after the villa game and was there still when the players finally came back out, but ive caved and renewed as when it comes down to it I love my club more than i dont like the way its being run.

In a nutshell you support the club, not owners, managers or even players. That exactly what supporting is ??????

Exactly the same as us. We were there to the bitter end and have just renewed on Thursday. Honestly, I hate myself for doing it...

Renewed my sons and mine yesterday. Also got them the new home kits... Don’t judge me. I’m just too weak when it comes to Spurs, despite what I think about the owners

The process was simple.

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but does anyone know what happened for fans without smartphones/tablets, and thus unable to download any ticket/app etc ?
I've been trying to find out what will happen ahead of renewing my season ticket, but the club are being very non-committal - 'we will let you know ahead of the new season' - or something to that effect.

What if I don’t have a smart phone or compatible device?
If you do not own a smartphone or other suitable device with which to use your digital ticket on a matchday, then we would kindly ask you to contact us within 7 days of the fixture you are due to attend, and no later than 48 hours beforehand.

At that time we will be able to provide you with guidance about an alternative option.

If you have purchased a Premium ticket, please contact your account manager or email [email protected].

Ta. Yeah, similar to what they have said to me via email.
Would be nice to know what the option would be in advance though.
Hoping it will be some kind of paper ticket - that doesn't involve me queing up anywhere!

I'm not sure why paper is so bad for Covid they've banned it? It's quite absorbent so a poor vector for spreading.

Unless it's to try and meet some environmental target?

I don’t know why you can’t use your access card ??‍♀️, no one needs to touch it but you.
Unless it’s all to do with the id we all had to validate to make sure it’s only yourself using the ticket, except ticket share? would you have to do the id thing if you share someone’s ticket?

It's more to do with contact tracing and, as a bonus, touting/any other unauthorised sharing. The idea is that most people won't want to lend someone their phone for the whole day or their Google/Apple Pay account (which is both a big hassle and impractical i.e. they'd have access to all your cards too and Google/Apple will investigate contant device switching). So it's much more likely that the person entering the ground is actually the person who owns the ST.

Yeah, and just looks like much of the world is going fully digital.
Apps for everything nowadays.
Not good for old luddites like me!

I suspect that is the case but you can get someone else to download the app and use your reference number and password to get in. It won't work for touting obviously but would work for friends and family.
